Precise Soap Noodles Mixing With Soap Mixer Machine And Electric/Steam Heating

This mixer that has 2 shafts and 3 drives is the first created in China. This mixer can be used for mixing and milling of different soap pellets. Two-speed Z-formed double shafts plus screw shaft that rotates in opposite direction push the soap pellets upwards. The soap pellets will be stroked to powder in three minutes. The mixing is uniform and strong. The worm installed at bottom of the mixer is for soap refining and compress the milled soap powder into pellets, sent to next process.
